The HeuristicLab development team is pleased to announce that you can now download HeuristicLab 3.3.4. We have added some exciting new features in this last release, such as:

Stephan Winkler and Viktoria Dorfer have started a research co-operation with the research group of Ing. Karl Mechtler from the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP) in Vienna, Austria. The research focus of "MS Amanda – Amendment of Algorithms for Mass Spectrometry Protein Identification" will be on the development of novel and improved algorithms to identify so far unknown proteins in mass spectra.
