Roland has been a highly valued member of HEAL. In 2007 Roland moved to the JKU Linz to work at the renown institute for Production and Logistic Management (as of 2017 led by Prof. Sophie Parragh). He is currently employed as a postdoctoral researcher at the Insitute for Production and Operations Mangement with International Focus at the University of Vienna.
