The EU Project BioBoost has just started with the beginning of 2012. BioBoost investigates the production, logistics and valuation of various energy-rich intermediate products from biogenous residues.

Our participation is a collaboration between HEAL and Logistikum where we will concentrate on the creation and optimization of a holistic logistic model to help determine economic and ecologic viability and sustainability. Erik Pitzer and Stephan Hutterer have attended the Kick-Off meeting in Karlsruhe, Germany. The Project Homepage is available at bioboost.eu.
